Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the bdlbet platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdlbet strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Settings menu.
You must notify bdlbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bdlbet shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
bdlbet is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and in connection with certain account activities. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC or passport) and may include proof of address or payment method documentation. All submitted documents are processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

bdlbet actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements through low-variance play, use of automated betting software, and collusion between Players. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdlbet reserves the right to void any associated bonuses and winnings, and to close the Player's Account without notice.
All bets and wagers placed on the bdlbet platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or dispute, bdlbet's records shall be considered the authoritative source of truth for the purposes of resolving any claim.
bdlbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered due to a manifest or palpable error, including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, data feed errors, or technical faults. In such circumstances, affected wagers will be refunded to the Player's Account at the original stake amount.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply to certain sports markets and game categories. Where applicable, these limits will be displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. bdlbet reserves the right to enforce such limits at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdlbet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where any prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, bdlbet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdlbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting bdlbet support. Upon request, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review.
bdlbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; (d) a regulatory requirement to do so; or (e) any other circumstance that bdlbet reasonably considers to justify Account closure.
On termination of an Account for cause, bdlbet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination arises from verified fraud or material breach of these Terms, bdlbet may forfeit any bonus-derived funds and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
bdlbet reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdlbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via a platform notification or email to the address registered on their Account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the bdlbet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdlbet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.
